Brisket
This is brisket. If you go anywhere else, you're committing a sin. A disservice. Come here for brisket. Oh, you did go elsewhere? It was tough? Come on, fam. You're better than this. Listen to me: go to Big Kahuna's. Eat the brisket. Feel the Big Kahuna himself. You cannot go wrong.
Kahunas Breakfast Sandwich
This is easily the best breakfast sandwich I have EVER had! It’s literally amazing! And the staff is so great! They even went as far to explain everything on the menu!

Bay of Pigs Tacos
My wife and I live in New Orleans and randomly stopped at BK for lunch. The owner met us at the register and was great, explained the menu, and made excellent recommendations. The food was amazing, my wife got a pulled chicken salad and I the pork tacos. I strongly recommend this restaurant if you like BBQ w a twist and with other options for everyone in the family. Keep up the great work, Spooner!
Kahunas King Kong Burger
Would WOW cover it? A. It's huge. B. It's delicious and decadent. C. It's huge! Considering I will get at least two meals out of this monster, it wasn't a bad deal, either. The service was great (manager was happy to modify my order for a preparation preference) and the beach relaxed but tiny dining room was fun. Took me away from a chilly day in NH to a warm, tropical beach. Not quite The Big Island but a little slice of it. I will be back for sure.
