I've eaten BBQ all over the country, and the rack of ribs I ordered from Big Kahunas was right up there with the best. Legitimately "fall off the bone" and delicious!

This family style meal is amazing! A beautiful combo of ribs, shredded chicken and pork , plus brisket. All juicy and delicious- a crowd pleaser for our whole family. We got smashers, grilled veggies and corn bread too! The corn bread is light and sweet. So Fabulous! The menu says it serves 4 but it enough for 4 plus lots of leftovers. Will get this again!

Amazing burger. Where to begin....As soon as you bite into this burger the juices begin flowing. The burger is cooked to perfection with perfectly melted cheese. As you continue to chew, you taste a perfect blend of that smokehouse flavor that seems to just infuse itself into this burger. All I can say is what beast this burger is, absolutely amazing.

I've had a lot of ribs in my day, but Big Kahuna's full rack? Next level. These things fall right off the bone and are crazy juicy---the kind where one bite in, you already know you've hit the jackpot. And that Caribbean BBQ sauce? Straight fire! For sides, I went with the cornbread and smashers, and man, the smashers were the sleeper hit. Didn't think much of them at first, but they ended up being the perfect crispy, buttery match for the ribs. Coming from the frozen North, stepping into Big Kahuna's felt like a little oasis---warm, laid-back vibes, and hands down the best BBQ in southern NH. Plus, Pieter, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. You can tell he cares about the food and the people who walk through the door. If you're anywhere near Hooksett, do yourself a favor and check out Big Kahunas!

The lechon kawali pork belly plate with the Bali sweet soy is my #1 go to and my favorite dish from here! The meat is cooked to perfection, and the sauce just adds that extra bit of sweetness to it. I also love to put the sauce over the top of my rice! They don't skimp out on portion size either! Besides the food being drool worthy, the owners are amazing and always make me feel welcome. I always feel like I'm coming home to family and it doesn't get any better than that. If you're looking for comfort food, or just phenomenal food in general and want something different from the usual NH eats, this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I have texture issues with meats so usually I only eat chicken plus BBQ is just not my type of flavor profile I like, BUT anytime I really crave a different kind of meat I only come here. The pork genuinely melts in your mouth and that cornbread with it is so delicious. It has a lot of umami that leaves a comforting filling feeling afterwards. Ya'll really thrown down in that kitchen and it's much appreciated. Peace and love y'all.
